Refund Policy

If you’re unhappy with Wenmar Pro for any reason, email us at help@wenmarpro.com. We aim to be fair and reasonable, the way we’d want to be treated.

Your free months

Your first 3 months are free and we don’t ask for a credit card to start. If you decide Wenmar Pro isn’t for you during that time, you won’t be charged anything.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from your account settings. It takes a few clicks and you won’t be charged again.
• Your account stays fully usable until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• After that, you get 60 days of read-only access so you can export your data and move to another provider.
• After those 60 days, we permanently delete your data. We keep only your sign-in details, backup email and two-factor settings, so you can reopen your account later if you want to.
• Prefer a clean break? You can ask us to delete your account completely instead.

Refunds we’ll happily give

You forgot to cancel. You stopped using Wenmar Pro but a renewal charge went through. If you don’t need extra time to move your data, tell us and we’ll refund that last payment.

You finished early. You’ve decided Wenmar Pro isn’t the right fit and you’ve exported your data well before your paid period ends. Tell us and we’ll refund the remaining whole months.

You’re genuinely unhappy. If Wenmar Pro just isn’t working for you, you can get your money back.

Service credits

If something goes wrong on our side, we’ll credit your account toward future billing. For example:

• Extended downtime, such as several hours in one day or several days in one month.
• Our support team taking more than a couple of days to reply to your email.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
