How do I switch from Tekmetric or Shopmonkey?

Export, drag, done. Pull your contacts, vehicles and active WOs from your old system, drag the CSV into Wenmar Pro during the onboarding phase, and we map everything for you. Data import will take a day and you will have 30 days to make any changes you need.

Does it replace my current shop software?

Yes. Wenmar runs reminders, WO notes, approvals, and messaging in one workspace. One login to do all your shop management.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Technicians and service advisors can do all their work from our mobile app or any mobile browser. It's full feature parity — estimates, approvals, inspections, payments, the works. This means you can be in the back, at home or outside and can do get work done.

What about Ontario annual safety inspections?

Wenmar Pro integrates with DriveOn. When you complete a safety inspection, just forward the PDF to your Wenmar Pro address. We parse it automatically — certificate number, expiry date, and pass/fail status attach to the customer's record instantly. This can then be forwarded to the customer.

How does Canadian tax handling work?

We calculate HST, GST, PST, and QST automatically based on your province. Ontario gets 13% HST. BC gets 5% GST + 7% PST. Quebec gets 9.975% QST. Every province.

Do my customers need an app?

Nope. Customers get texts and emails like normal. They approve estimates, view inspections, and pay invoices right from their phones web browser — no download required.

Can my team use it without training?

Absolutely. Most advisors learn the job board in under 15 minutes. Our videos will walk you through the entire process and we can be contacted at anytime for assistance.

What happens if our internet goes down?

Your shop doesn't stop. Wenmar works on mobile data through your phone's browser or our mobile app. Everything has feature parity — estimates, approvals, payments, the works. Use your phone as a hotspot for the front desk if needed.
