How secure is my shop data?We use bank-grade encryption (256-bit SSL) for all data in transit and at rest. Your customer info, WOs, and financials are stored in secure data centers with redundant backups. We don't sell your data, ever.Is our data backed up?Yes. Multiple times daily, with copies stored in different geographic regions. If something catastrophic happened to one data center, your data is safe in another. We take this seriously because your shop's livelihood depends on it.What happens if our internet goes down?Your shop doesn't stop. Wenmar works on mobile data through your phone's browser or our mobile app. Everything has feature parity — estimates, approvals, payments, the works. Use your phone as a hotspot for the front desk if needed.Can I export our data if we leave?Absolutely. It's your data. Export it anytime with one click — customers, WOs, invoices, everything. Does it work with QuickBooks?Yes — Wenmar Pro connects directly to QuickBooks Online. Invoices, payments, and taxes sync automatically. It's well tested to avoid amounts being off by cents.What about DriveOn safety inspections?Wenmar Pro integrates with DriveOn. When you complete a safety inspection, just forward the PDF to your Wenmar Pro address. We parse it automatically — certificate number, expiry date, and pass/fail status attach to the customer's record instantly. This can then be forwarded to the customer.How fast do you reply to support?Usually within minutes during shop hours (EST). I'm often faster by text if it's urgent. If it's after hours, text me — I'll still help.Does Wenmar Pro require accounting software, or can it handle accounting on its own?Right now, you'll need accounting software like QuickBooks for P&L and full bookkeeping. Wenmar Pro syncs everything to QBO automatically so nothing gets missed. A basic built-in accounting feature is on the roadmap — once that ships, QuickBooks won't be needed for most shops.Do you charge onboarding fees?No. I help you import data and set up settings during your onboarding month.
