When you log in, you land on the Work Orders page. This is your home screen — it shows what’s happening in the shop right now and is where you’ll spend most of your time.
Today’s Pulse
At the top of the page is the Today’s Pulse strip. It gives you a quick read on the day at a glance:
- Cars in Shop — how many vehicles are on site
- Sales Today — revenue so far today
- Hours Posted — labor hours posted to work orders
- Hours Written — labor hours written on estimates
- Waiting on Parts — work orders held up on parts
- Waiting on Customer — work orders waiting on a customer decision
Finding Your Work
Below the metrics, you can switch between two views:
- Board — a visual board of work orders organized by status
- List — a flat list you can sort and filter
You can also toggle between My Work (only what you’re assigned to) and All Work (everything in the shop). Technicians see My Work by default.
Status Tabs
Use the status tabs to filter what you see — Active, Estimate, In Progress, Completed, Paid, and more. The Active tab is the default.
Search
Use the search bar to find a work order by number, customer, vehicle, VIN, or plate. For a global search across everything, press Ctrl+J.
