Browser and Connection Requirements

What you need to run Wenmar Pro — supported browsers, a stable connection, and how to fix common connection issues.

Contents

Wenmar Pro runs in your web browser, so it works on almost any computer, tablet, or phone. This guide covers what you need and how to fix common connection problems.

💡 You’ll need

  • A modern web browser
  • An internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)

Supported Browsers

Wenmar Pro works best in the latest versions of:

  • Chrome (Windows, Mac, Android)
  • Safari (Mac, iPhone, iPad)
  • Edge (Windows)
  • Firefox (Windows, Mac)

Keep your browser up to date for the best experience and the latest security fixes.

Connection Requirements

Wenmar Pro needs an internet connection to load and save data. A normal shop Wi-Fi connection works fine. If your internet is slow or drops, you can use mobile data or a phone hotspot — see Using Wenmar Pro When the Internet Goes Down.

Fixing Common Issues

The page won’t load

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Try a different browser.
  • Refresh the page.

Things look out of date

  • Clear your browser cache — Old cached files can show stale pages. Refresh with a hard reload (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
  • Update your browser — An outdated browser can have issues.

I can’t sign in

  • Check that you’re using the right station login code or email.
  • If you’re locked out, ask a manager to unlock your account.
  • See Troubleshooting for sign-in issues.

The app is slow

  • Close other tabs and programs that use a lot of memory.
  • Make sure you’re on a stable connection, not a weak one.
  • Try a wired connection at the front desk if Wi-Fi is unreliable.

Tips

  • Use a supported browser — It avoids most display and login issues.
  • Keep your browser updated — Security and performance improve with each update.
  • Test your connection — If things feel slow, check your network before blaming the app.
