Calendar and Appointments

See your shop's schedule, book appointments, handle online booking requests, and let reminders go out automatically.

Contents

The Calendar shows your shop’s schedule by day, week, or month. You can book appointments, block off time, and handle online booking requests — all from one view.

💡 You’ll need

  • A customer and vehicle to book an appointment

The Calendar View

Open Calendar and switch between Day, Week, or Month. Each time slot shows how many of its capacity is booked (like 2/3). A Full badge means a slot has no room, and Closed means the shop is closed.

Booking an Appointment

  1. On a time slot, click Appointment.
  2. Pick the Customer and Vehicle.
  3. Choose the IntakeDrop-off or Waiting.
  4. Optionally pick a Service and add a Customer Concern.
  5. Click Schedule Appointment.

Creating a Work Order From an Appointment

When a customer arrives, open the appointment and click Create Work Order. Wenmar Pro checks the customer in and creates a work order with the service as a line item.

Handling Online Booking Requests

When a customer books through your online booking page, the request appears in your messaging inbox as a Booking Request card. It shows the customer, vehicle, date, time, and service. Click Approve to confirm it (the customer gets a confirmation) or Reject to decline it.

Blocking Off Time

To close a time slot, click Block on a slot (or use New Blocked Time). Enter a Reason, the Start and End times, and whether it Recurring (every day, every workday, or custom days). Blocked times are manager-only.

Appointment Reminders

Wenmar Pro sends appointment reminders automatically — about 24 hours before the appointment, by text or email based on the customer’s preferences. You don’t need to set these up per appointment.

Tips

  • Use the booking link — The Share booking link button copies your public booking page so customers can book themselves.
  • Approve bookings promptly — Customers get a confirmation as soon as you approve, so they know they’re booked.
  • Block time for busy periods — Blocking off time keeps you from overbooking.
