Clocking Time with the Time Clock

Clock in and out on a service, correct a missed or wrong entry, and see how clocked hours feed your technician productivity report.

Contents

Wenmar Pro tracks time per service, so clocked hours roll up into your productivity reports. Clock in and out from the clock card on the work board, or from the timer on the service itself.

💡 You’ll need:

A work order with at least one service assigned to you.

Clock In and Out from the Board Card

Each card on the work board (and the tech’s My Work view) shows a clock for its service.

  1. Tap Start (play icon)
  2. Tap Pause to stop the timer and keep the service in progress, or Complete to finish it
  3. The card shows Running · HH:MM while live, otherwise the HH:MM logged

Anyone with a shop-floor role can use a service’s clock.

Use the Timer on the Service (WIP tab)

Open the work order’s WIP tab. Each service has an action bar with a live timer and three buttons: Start, Pause, and Done. Technicians can start and pause their assigned services; advisors and managers can also mark any service Done.

⚠️ Important

You can only run one timer at a time. Starting the board-card clock on a new service stops the one you had running; the Start button on the WIP tab won’t begin if you already have a timer going elsewhere.

Correct Clocked Time

  1. On the service, tap the three-dot menu → Adjust Clocked Time
  2. Enter Hours and/or Minutes to add (positive) or subtract (negative)
  3. Add an optional Reason (e.g. “Forgot to clock in”)
  4. Tap Apply Adjustment

Only advisors, managers, and admins can adjust clocked time.

How Time Feeds Reports

Clocked hours flow into your Technician Productivity report, which compares clocked hours to billed hours.
