Managing Multiple Locations

Run more than one shop from a single Wenmar Pro account — each location gets its own settings, and you switch between them easily.

Contents

If you run more than one shop, Wenmar Pro lets you manage them all from one account. Each location gets its own bays, settings, and team, but you switch between them from the top bar and see everything in one place.

💡 You’ll need

  • Owner or admin access to manage locations

How Locations Work

Each location is a separate shop with its own:

  • Name, address, time zone, and currency
  • Labor rates, shop fees, discounts, and parts markup
  • Tax defaults (whether labor and parts are taxed)
  • Phone numbers and station login code
  • Team members and their access

Service categories and labor matrices are shared across your whole account.

Switching Between Locations

Use the location switcher in the top bar (the button showing your current location name). Click it and pick the location you want to work in. Wenmar Pro remembers your choice.

If you’re assigned to more than one shop, you may see a Select Your Location screen when you sign in — pick where you’re working right now.

Adding a Location

Go to Settings → Locations and click Add location. Enter the location’s name, type, address, time zone, currency, labor rate, and tax defaults, then save.

⚠️ Note

Location creation is currently paused in the app. If you need to add a shop, contact support and we’ll help you set it up.

Managing a Location

From Settings → Locations, click a location to see its details — address, phone, labor rate, open orders, and team members. Use Edit to change its settings.

Team Access

Team members can be assigned to one or more locations. A member assigned to multiple shops can switch between them with the location switcher. Each member’s permissions apply across the locations they can access.

Tips

  • Set each location’s tax defaults — New services inherit them, so get them right up front.
  • Use the location switcher — It’s the fastest way to move between shops.
  • Check open orders per location — The Locations page shows how many open orders each shop has at a glance.
