After you create your account, Wenmar Pro walks you through a short setup wizard to get your shop ready. It takes about 5 minutes.
You’ll need: your shop name, address, business hours, and your default labor rate.
The Setup Steps
The wizard has four steps. You can move forward and back between them, and you can finish setup and come back to change details later.
Step 1: Shop Details
Enter your shop’s name, address, city, province, and postal code, plus your contact email and phone numbers.

Step 2: Business Profile
Tell us a bit about your shop — how many bays you have, how many technicians, and what software (if any) you used before. This helps us tailor the setup.
Step 3: Hours & Rates
Set your time zone, your daily opening hours, and your default labor rate. Wenmar Pro creates a Standard labor rate for you — you can adjust it here or later in Settings.
Step 4: Your Team
Choose whether you’ll perform work yourself, then add your first team members. For each person you add, pick their role and set their PIN. [VERIFY]
If You Have Existing Data
If you’re moving from another system, don’t worry about importing it during setup. Email your data to help@wenmarpro.com and the team will review and import it for you. [VERIFY]
When You’re Done
Once you finish the last step, your shop is ready. Wenmar Pro adds sample customers, vehicles, and work orders so you can explore right away — you can remove them anytime. [VERIFY]
